Small children? We have some toys to keep them entertained!
Cot and high chair for hire at 10€ per day.

Jacuzzi
Indulge in relaxation at Les lits de Montbel with our exclusive offering of a Jacuzzi on the terrace of the B&B for a supplement of 20€. Unwind in style and comfort as you enjoy 2 to 3 hours of use, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. Upgrade your B&B experience with this rejuvenating amenity, designed to enhance your well-deserved getaway.
Bicycle hire
There are several bicycle hire companies in the area.
An external hire company can even deliver the bicycles to the B&B and Gîte!
Stand-up paddle boards for hire
We have two stand-up paddleboards available for hire for our guests.
For 15€ per stand-up paddleboard per day, you can have endless fun on the lake.
Beach umbrellas and deckchairs for hire
Are you going to the lake for the day and want to sit a little more comfortably?
A beach umbrella and two deckchairs are available for hire for 15€ per day.
Tea and coffee
The gîte has a kettle and coffee machine.
The B&B rooms have a coffee and tea corner and a minibar in the corridor!

Free WIFI in the rooms, gîte, and in the common areas
Conditions
Flexible arrival dates
Arrival from 3 p.m.
Departure before 10.30 a.m.
Minimum 3 nights to be booked in the Gîte.
NO SMOKING inside
NO PETS (negotiable for gîte)
Payment terms

After booking, you have 1 week to return the confirmation and to secure your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the rental price, payable by bank transfer. If this is not done within the deadline, the booking will be cancelled.

6 weeks before your stay, we would like to receive the remaining amount, including the deposit (for the gîte). If this is not done within the deadline, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Quick bookings, i.e. within 6 weeks of arrival, must be paid in full at once.

Tourist tax must be paid on arrival.

After departure, the deposit for the gîte will be refunded to the tenant within 14 days, after deduction of any costs incurred and damage to the property and its contents.
Cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge.

For cancellations between 3 months and 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, you will be charged 50% of the total rental amount.

For cancellations between 6 and 2 weeks before the rental period, you will be charged 75% of the total rental amount.

For cancellations within 2 weeks before the rental period, we will be obliged to charge the total rental amount.

We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance!
Liability

The owners of Les Lits de Montbel cannot be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused during your stay or related to the use of facilities on the premises. You stay at your own risk.
Gîte deposit

Deposit €250 (if no damage or similar occurs, this will be refunded within 14 days).
